The Central Bank of Egypt is responsible for regulating the activities of the Credit Bureau and the Protection of the Consumer's Rights.

The Comsumer (Individual's and SME's) has the right to order his/her Credit Report by visiting the Bank which he/she deal with and fill in the I-Score Form and pay the required fees.

The Consumer has the right to raise a Complaint/ Dispute if the data and information; at the Credit Bureau; are not correct within 15 (fifteen) days of receiving his/her Credit Report.

If the complaint is not raised during this period, the data and information shall be deemed correct and fully accepted by the Consumer, unless proven.
